Refund and Returns Policy

Lattitude 56 & Taylor Tigers**

At Lattitude 56 and Taylor Tigers, all products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or general preference.

Exceptions — Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your order. Refunds or returns may be considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. Examples include:

  • Clothing that arrives torn, ripped, or otherwise physically damaged
  • Graphics or prints that are peeling, falling off, or misaligned
  • Noticeable stains or marks present at the time of delivery
  • Any manufacturing defect that affects the usability or appearance of the item

Return & Refund Approval

Please note that all returns, refunds, and replacements are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and only approved claims will qualify for replacement or refund.

How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
